Tony Fire, Senior Loan Consultant direct: 310-706.4466 fax: 310-848.6001 tfire@ventwest.com Tony Fire has been in the commercial real estate finance business for over 20 years. He began his career as a multifamily underwriter first for Fannie Mae and then for California Federal Bank. He then took that analytical background and moved into loan origination. Since then he has originated over $2 billion in multifamily and commercial loans while working for such direct lenders as Home Savings of America, Commercial Capital Bank and WAMU/Chase. This included over $250M originated through Fannie Mae. This experience gives him a great understanding of the lender side of the equation. As an owner and managing partner of several multifamily properties in the Los Angeles area, Tony also has an investor’s perspective which enables him to understand the needs of the borrower. Tony is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Southern California.

Jean-Marc Herrouin, Senior Loan Consultant Direct: 310-706-4456 Toll Free: 866-842-6364 jherrouin@ventwest.com Jean-Marc joined Venture West Funding in 2001.  During this time, Jean-Marc has been a solid contributor, consistently increasing his loan volume each year, and has established an extensive network of community partners, particularly real estate developers and investors.  In 2005, he originated 40 loans totaling over $50 million in Commercial, Multi-family and Single Family Residential loan volume.  For 2006, he is expected to once again exceed his previous loan volume of $50 million.  Prior to joining Venture West Funding, Jean-Marc had a successful 13-year career in real estate sales with Colliers Seeley International, specializing in commercial leasing and sales of freeway frontage properties.  While at Colliers Seeley, he was awarded the Largest Investment Transaction for his brokering of the $80 million sale of Centerpointe La Palma, a 600,000 square foot office project. Jean Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California. He is a supporter of The Tartikoff Foundation and a previous director, in which he organized fundraising events that generated more than $20 million for cancer research for the Revlon/UCLA Women's Cancer Research Program.

Prior to joining Venture West Funding, Lindsay worked with Fire at Commercial Capital Bank and WAMU/Chase and assisted in closing over $1 billion in multifamily and commercial loans. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and management from Loyola Marymount University and is now completing her MBA from the same university. Lindsay is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Lindsay is also involved in charity work for Free Wheelchair Mission and Blind Childrens Center and has run three marathons in support of their actions.

She moved to LA from Detroit four years ago when she joined Venture West Funding. Loren studied Business for a year at Loyola University Chicago in 2001 and went on to graduate summa cum laude with her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2005.  She is a licensed real estate professional and enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in her spare time. Loren is a self-motivated and incredibly driven individual. She attributes her sharp edge and forthright business practice to her private education and to her mother's strong moral fiber. He has spent the last 3 years in income producing property specializing in apartment and commercial financing and has been involved in over $225 million in loan transactions. At Venture West Funding, Andy specializes in commercial (office building, mixed use, special purpose building, and land loans) and multi-family financing. His primary responsibilities are those of an analyst and loan originator seeing deals through from start to finish. Andy is dedicated to finding the best loan programs for his clients and to maintain long term relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
