Venture West Funding Arranges $13.3 Million Loan on Santa Fe Springs, CA Industrial Building

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern California-based Venture West Funding, Inc. announced it has arranged $13.3 million for the refinance of a single-tenant industrial building in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Matt Douglas of Venture West Funding arranged the financing through Prudential Mortgage Capital for an affiliate of Robertson Properties Group based in West Los Angeles. The 355,590-SF building is located at 11204 S. Norwalk Blvd. in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

According to Douglas of Venture West, "We secured a 10-year fixed, non-recourse loan amortized over 30 years. This lender offered the most competitive rates and greatest flexibility for our borrower. Despite the general real estate credit crunch and the tightening of underwriting standards by lenders, Venture West has continued to secure large loans for its clients.”
